any batteries. <strong>The Infinity Five Year Warranty also includes Infinity Electric fires.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The appliance must be installed by a Gas Safe registered person in accordance to the fitting instructions.<\/li>\n<li>The appliance must be used in accordance with the user\u2019s instructions.<\/li>\n<li>The appliance must be serviced annually by a Gas Safe registered person.<\/li>\n<li>The service log must be correctly filled out and the record of annual services must be up to date and supported by receipts in each case.<\/li>\n<li>This warranty is not transferable and relates to the original installation only.<\/li>\n<li>The Registration must be correctly filled out online.<\/li>\n<li>The appliance has not been subjected to misuse or accident or been modified or repaired by any person other than the authorised employee or authorised representative of Charlton and Jenrick Ltd.<\/li>\n<li>The registration form must be completed\u00a0online within 3 months of purchase.<\/li>\n<li>By completing the registration form online, and keeping a record of having your fire serviced annually, you extend the material cover of your 12 month labour and material guarantee by four years.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>PLEASE NOTE:\u00a0<\/b>the first 12 months are parts and labour and the extended 4 years of parts only.<\/p>\n<p>You will receive details of your warranty in the Infinity Fire\u2019s instruction manual and you can go onto our website and fill in your warranty online.<br \/>\nFor more information on the warranty please call our help desk.<\/p>\n            \n        <\/div>\n        \n    <\/div>\n\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-20017","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Infinity Warranty | Charlton &amp;
