In the midst of the current pre-Lockdown uncertainty, Charlton & Jenrick would like to reassure all customers that we are here, willing and able to continue to supply you with the fires and fireplaces you need to support customers in the coming weeks. We are aware of a large number of pre-booked installations and appointments during November and we understand that these are highly likely to go ahead so intend to do all we can to facilitate supply.
The sales office remains open for business as usual and our warehouse will be despatching goods as normal. Our sales managers are available as usual by mobile phone and can arrange and attend necessary appointments as required.
Thanks to hard work by our staff we have been operating as a Covid Safe business for 7+ months now with very strict measures in place and we expect to remain fully operational except for those staff who have enforced isolation due to national Track and Trace. The essential field service team are also operating as normally as possible to support installed appliances.
Supply-chains have been and continue to be under strain this year but we are working extra-closely with our suppliers and in general, we are still able to supply goods in a reasonable time-frame. Please bear with us as we try to produce and supply all we can.
